Master your life
Martial art · Qigong · Nutrition: proactive health for organisations, individuals and families. Sharper reflexes, better posture, deeper sleep, with a clear path and a properly qualified teacher.
Hours at the computer leave muscles tight and posture slowly drifting out of line.
Constant work pressure, a mind that never rests, waking up still tired.
No basic self-defence reflexes, avoiding contact, low confidence in crowds.
Gym, running, yoga… boring after a few weeks, because progress is invisible.
Busy people have plenty of places to train. What they lack is a clear path, a properly qualified teacher and a community that keeps them practising.
The school belongs to the Ngô Sĩ Quý lineage of Vietnamese Wing Chun (Vĩnh Xuân). It grew out of the Vĩnh Xuân EZCARE club founded in 2010 by Master Nguyễn Thành Trung, who has trained in Wing Chun since 1993 at the Nguyễn Văn Trỗi school club, the cradle of many schools in the lineage.
Today the school combines Wing Chun, Qigong and Nutrition into one proactive health programme for organisations, individuals and families, at 3 locations in Hanoi.
Ngô Sĩ Quý lineage. Sharpen reflexes, guard the centreline, defend yourself with technique rather than muscle.
Regulate the breath, release the spine, calm the mind; helps reduce stress and sleep more deeply.
Sound eating habits from the EZCARE community, so your training effort leads to lasting results.
What makes us different: one complete Martial art · Qigong · Nutrition path for the whole-person health of organisations, individuals and families.
A clear line of transmission and a systematically handed-down curriculum. The school takes part in the annual “Return to the Roots” Wing Chun Festival.
Standardised curriculum: 10 basic forms, the 108 System, wooden dummy. Grading exams use a clear scoring scale.

Teaches the Wing Chun and Qigong classes in person, alongside the EZCARE proactive health community.
Students do not pay for a few forms. They pay for who martial arts helps them become.
